2. Appearing on advance notice learned counsel for the Respondent informs the Court that an order was passed way back on 22nd February, 2011 rectifying the demand in the case of the Petitioner as nil. He states that for some reason, the system is not reflecting this change.

3. In view of the above statement, no direction is called for in this petition. A copy of the order dated 22nd February 2011 be handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner by Monday i.e. on 29th July, 2019.

4. The petition is disposed of.
