Further to orders dated 27.05.2025 and 13.08.2025, Mr. Akshit Kapur, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - State Bank of India, submits that he has notified learned counsel on record for the petitioner, by e-mail and mobile with regard to order dated 27.05.2025. He has also addressed a communication to the petitioner by speed post, at the address mentioned in the memo of parties, which has been delivered. A copy of the affidavit of compliance, filed by Mr. Kapur's office, is handed up in Court, and is taken on record.

In view of the fact that the petitioner nonetheless remains unrepresented, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The pending application also stands disposed of.
