Mr. K. V. Srivas Narayanan, Advocate submits that they have given their No Objection Certificate to the Decree Holder to engage a new counsel in March, 2023.

None had appeared on behalf of Decree Holder on 22.09.2023 and even today none has appeared for the Decree Holder. 3.

Vide Order dated 19.04.2023 it was observed that no Decree Sheet has been filed along with the Execution Petitions and directions were given to file the copy of the Decree Sheet, which is not forthcoming even now. 4.

The above three Execution Petitions are dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
