HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI

% 11.07.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.11.2015 passed by the appellate court in Crl.Appeal No.08/2015. The petition came up for hearing on 12.02.2016 when notice was issued to the respondent No.2 returnable for 18.03.2016. However, for want of necessary steps on the part of the petitioner as the process fee was returned under objections, the notice could not be issued. On 18.03.2016, upon petitioner taking steps within a week, fresh notice was directed to be issued to the respondent No.2 returnable for today. However, it is reported that the notice could not
be issued for want of process fee.
The petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter. Also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite third call.
Dismissed for non prosecution.
