The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "A. Issue notice of contempt to the named Contemnor and require him to deposit company property as per the Order of this Hon'ble Court dated 9th April, 2021;

B.

Make payments of all instalments due in respect of the Volvo Car No. HR26EC0135 to the appropriate finance company and retain the car as provided for in the said Order, C.

Provide a Statement of Compliance regarding data of the petitioner / applicant held in the devices that have been retained by the Contemnor without authority of law right from 9th April, 2021 onwards.

Pass such other or further orders as may be just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the instant case." 3.
