The instant revision petition under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the revisionist for the following reliefs:

"a) allow the revision petition and the order of interim maintenance dated 06/10/2021 passed by Learned SH. Sanjay Garg-I, PRICIPAL JUDGE FAMILY COURT: South West, Distt. Dwarka, Delhi, against the Appellant may kindly be set aside.

b) Any other order/relief/direction(s) also kindly be passed in favour of the Revisionist and against the respondent as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, just and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that since the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South West, District Dwarka, Delhi has finally decided the application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. filed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the respondents on 10th September, 2024 and the said final order has already been challenged before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRL.REV.(MAT.) 141/2024 which is pending adjudication, therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant petition and the same may be disposed of. Learned counsel for the respondent has also handed over a copy of order dated 9th December, 2024 passed in CRL.REV.(MAT.) 141/2024 and the same is perused.

Taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the instant petition along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of as nothing is left for further adjudication.
