The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing FIR No.1408/2014 dated 31.12.2014 registered at Police Station Hauz Khas for offences under Section 420 & 406 IPC on the ground that the parties have entered into a settlement.

Learned Counsel for the Complainant/Respondent No.2 informs this Court that the settlement entered into between the parties has been stayed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Order dated 11.08.2023 in CO.A(SB) 54/2015.

In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court in case the status quo order is vacated. 4.
