By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.125/2013 under Sections 307/186/353/506/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act registered at PS Crime Branch.

The above noted FIR was registered when the petitioner fired at the police party when they were trying to apprehend him as he was required in number of cases.

Petitioner is involved in 41 FIRs besides the above noted FIR in question.

Learned APP for State informs that the trial is at the fag end as the examination-in-chief of the Investigating Officer has since been recorded and the cross-examination is now fixed for 9th May, 2018. 5.

Considering the previous record of the petitioner as also the trial is at the fag end, this Court finds no ground to grant bail to the petitioner. BAIL APPLN. 316/2018

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
