% 10.12.2019 Petitioner is seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to provide protection from respondents No. 4 to 9 and to transfer the investigation in FIR No. 262/2019, registered at police station Jafrabad, Delhi for the offences under Sections 323/341/34 IPC to an independent agency.

Learned counsel for petitioner does not press the prayer of transferring the investigation to some other independent agency and submits that fair and expeditious investigation in this case be carried out and petitioner be protected.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of learned Standing Counsel for state on instructions submits that protection required will be provided W.P.(CRL) 2038/2019

to the petitioner and assures that fair investigation shall be carried out. Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioner forthwith so that in case of an exigency, petitioner can contact the concerned officials. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.
