Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD accepts notice. 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition inter-alia praying that he be permitted to vend at the given zone without any interference. The petitioner also prays that directions be issued to the respondent no.1 (MCD) to correct his Certificate of Vending and to reflect him as a stationary vendor.

Although the petitioner has made other prayers as well, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the same. He states that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the respondent/MCD to consider the petitioner's representations, which are appended to the present petition.
