Mr. Goyal, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that, as an Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed to oversee the affairs of Respondent 1 by the National Company Law Tribunal in the CRP proceedings initiated against the said respondent, he is not pressing this petition for the present.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty with the petitioner to re-approach this Court in accordance with law, should any such occasion arise.
