Counsel for the petitioner states that at the time of filing the writ petition in May, 2019, the Town Vending Committee (TVC) had not been constituted but now, as the TVCs have been constituted, the petitioner may be permitted to file an appropriate application before the concerned TVC. 2.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the TVC with all the supporting documents for appropriate relief, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3.
