Learned counsel for HDFC Bank submits that the subject bank account No. 50100126735640 of the petitioner, maintained in Naya Bazar Lahori Gate Delhi Branch has not been frozen on account of any order passed by the GST authorities but the operation of the same has been disallowed as the account was found to be dormant in accordance with banking regulations.

Learned counsel submits that in case petitioner wants bank account to be operational, petitioner has to approach the concerned branch and furnish the necessary documents for making the account active. 3.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
