Taking note of the circumstances ensuing on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the application is allowed with the stipulation that the requisite affidavits and the court fee shall be filed within 07 days of the resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. CM APPL. 13087/2020 (for direction/extension of time) By the instant application, the applicant sought extension of time to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the tenanted premises to the non-applicant. It is however sought to be withdrawn stating that the instant application has becomes infructuous in view of the fact that in the CCP filed by the non applicant, the applicant has been granted three months' time to vacate the tenanted premises.

As prayed, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
