% 25.08.2017 The present appeal was filed in the year 2007. The appeal was admitted on 11.07.2007. The appeal came up for hearing on 01.09.2008 and then on 04.08.2010 when nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant. The appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution on 04.08.2010. Thereafter an application for restoration of the appeal was filed and the same was allowed vide order dated 20.10.2011. Thereafter appeal came up for hearing on 01.08.2017 when nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today also nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant.
