The petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers:- "a) Summon the record from the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Tania Singh, Ld. MM, Tis Hazari in case titled "Mandeep Kaur v. Manmohan Singh" bearing No. MC 5551136/2016 and Ms. Neha Paliwal Sharma, Ld. ASJ, West, Tis Hazari, in CA No. 120/2023 whereby impugned order dated 15.5.2023, is passed declining to grant stay of the trial court proceedings and execution proceedings as sought by the Petitioner in Appeal; and b) quash/set aside the order dated 15.5.2023 to the extent wherein the stay was not granted;

c) Stay the execution petition being EX. CRL. 3016/2020 and EX. CRL. 12097/2022, any other proceedings against the Petitioner pending before Ld. MM, Mahila Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi; and d) Any other or further orders which this Hon'ble Court 3o may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner." 3.

matter has been settled with the respondent vide a settlement agreement dated 30.08.2024 and the same along with report from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been placed on record.. 4.

In view of the above, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 5.
