As recorded in the earlier order dated 15.09.2025, the present matter has been amicably settled between the parties, and is listed today for withdrawal of the petition by the petitioner. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The same was the position on the last date i.e. 14.10.2025 as well.
