The application bearing no. CM APPLN. 17131/2025 has been filed praying for disposal of the present writ petition in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that during the pendency of the present petition parties were referred to the Mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where the parties arrived at a settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of settlement agreement dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The said settlement is signed by the petitioner, as well as, Sh. Manmohan Singh Bakshi on behalf of the respondent no.4. The settlement is taken on record.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which is signed by the parties, this Court does not find any impediment in disposing of present petition in terms of the settlement dated 18.03.2025. 5.

Thus, the petition alongwith pending applications is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18.03.2025, which shall form part of this order.
