% 02.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memoriam of Understanding dated 30th January, 2018, therefore, FIR No.338/2013 under Sections 186/353/332/448/427/34 IPC at police station Govind Puri.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Sunil Kumar of police station Govind Puri.
He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the
petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
