Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, all the accused stand acquitted vide judgment dated 23.7.2019 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court-02), West Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and the petitioner is intending to challenge the said judgment dated 23.7.2019 wherein she shall raise all the questions, hence, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
