% 18.11.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be, if suitable direction is given to the respondent No.2 to consider this petition as representation of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid limited submission and as the counsel for the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition, we hereby direct the respondents to appreciate the claim of the petitioner "looking to the past conduct of petitioner in jail" in the light of the Delhi Prisons Rules, 2018.
