The present petition has been filed under Article 226(3) read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. whereby the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 02.04.2024 passed by learned MM-02 (Mahila Court), North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi in complaint case being CC No.9754/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the reply filed by the respondent to the application filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 ('DV Act'),wherein the respondent had admitted to making certain payments, while impugning the order passed by the Ld. MM thereby granting maintenance @ 3,000/- each to the petitioner and minor son. 3.
