The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "i) Allow the present writ petition and issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of two (03) months; and/or ii) Pass any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem it and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
