The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking issuance of directions for registration of FIR against respondent no. 3 and 4 and further that he be not implicated falsely in any case.

Learned counsel admits that he has not approached the learned Magistrate as yet for registration of FIR, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 3.

The present petition is withdrawn with permission to approach the learned Magistrate to seek appropriate remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and any other remedy that he is seeking in this petition which is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
