The Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC')/ Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.144/2024 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') registered with the Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, New Delhi. 2.

Petitioner Nos. 4 and Authorised Representatives of Petitioner Nos. 5 to 10 are present in the Court. Authorised Representatives of Respondent No. 2 and 3 are also present in Court.

All the parties submit that the dispute has been amicably settled. The petition is supported with the affidavits of all the parties. Settlement has not been placed on record. It is further submitted that though the parties have settled all the disputes, according to the MOU dated 09.05.2025, but the same has not been intentionally placed on record, as it involves the rights of third party as well. However, in terms of the settlement about which the parties state that they shall remain bound and shall perform the obligations, as defined therein.

In view of statement of the parties as well as the factum that the matter stands amicably settled, the FIR No.144/2024 dated 23.12.2024 under Sections 406/420 IPC registered with the Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
