The parties were referred for mediation to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Mediation Centre) via order dated 12th January, 2024, passed by the Predecessor Bench. 2.
Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Mediation Centre. 3.
The Settlement Agreement dated 12th November, 2024 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the parties and their respective counsel. 4.
I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.
5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the present suit is decreed in terms of the prayer clauses detailed in paragraph 60 (A) - (i) to (iv) of the CS(COMM) 508/2020 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The plaintiff does not press for the remaining prayers. 8.
Let decree sheet be drawn up.
8.1 The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 9.
Since the matter has been settled at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870, as applicable to Delhi.
10.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
