This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for a direction to the respondent no.2 to not take any coercive action against the petitioner in relation to the summons dated 03.04.2024 and without issuing any appropriate Show Cause Notice under Section 73/74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that certain documents have already been supplied to the respondents in answer to the summons, and states that the petitioner further undertakes to cooperate in the inquiry conducted by the respondents. 4.
The learned counsel for the respondent no.2, who appears on advance notice, submits that the apprehension expressed by the petitioner in the present petition is completely unfounded. He submits that presently no coercive action is contemplated to be taken against the petitioner, and if at all, any action would be taken, the same shall be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, no further direction is required to be passed in the present petition.
