Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.05.2026, executed under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, has been placed on record. 2.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that all outstanding disputes between the parties have been settled in terms thereof. 3.

The agreement,inter-alia, contemplates that a sum of Rs.12,94,622/-, which has already been deposited by the petitioner with this Court, shall be released to the respondent.

It has been further agreed that the balance amount of Rs.7,05,378/- W.P.(C) 6710/2025 KUMAR PATEL 11:24:34

shall also be paid to the respondent. A bankdraft for the said amount has been handed over to learned counsel for the respondent during the course of the hearing.

Learned counsel for the respondent accordingly submits that upon receipt of the aforesaid bank draft, the petitioner has paid the entire amount payable by the petitioner to the respondent in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Let the amount deposited by the petitioner as mentioned aforesaid, be released to the respondent by the registry as expeditiously as possible. 7.

The present petition accordingly, stands disposed of, along with all pending applications.
