% 28.01.2020 Crl. M.A. No. 1849/2020 (for withdrawal of the appeal) and CRL.A. 869/2019 Crl.M.A. No. 1849/2020 is a joint application filed by the parties for withdrawal of the present appeal on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 03.09.2019.

An affidavit executed by respondent no. 2 in compliance of the said settlement has been handed over to learned counsel for the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will take all the necessary steps within two weeks from the date of opening of the

High Court of Uttrakhand.

Since the matter has been settled, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, seeks to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. RAJNISH BHATNAGAR, J JANUARY 28, 2020 AK
