O R D E R

The matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared as holiday on account of Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day. 2.
The present applications have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 0008/2023 under Section 465/467 /471/120B/34 of IPC , registered at PS-Saket, Delhi.

Mr. Apoorv Kurup, learned Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that while issuing notice, this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioners subject to their joining investigation. 4.
He submits that petitioners have joined investigation as and when they were called upon by the IO concerned. He submits that the chargesheet stands filed without arrest insofar as the present petitioners are concerned. 5.
On a query posed by the Court, Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing on behalf of State, on instructions from IO who is present in the Court, affirms the factum of investigation having concluded and chargesheet having been filed, qua the present petitioners. 6.
On further being queried, he submits that custody of petitioners is not required for further investigation.

Learned APP has handed over updated status report 21.11.2025 across the bar, the same is taken on record.

Mr. Uday Vedi, learned counsel for the complainant submits that the status report mentions that further investigation is required to be conducted. 9.
Mr. Srivastava, however, clarifies that since custodial interrogation is not required, therefore the chargesheet has been filed without arrest. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners may be released on bail, subject to their furnishing Personal Bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO/IO, further subject to the following conditions: i) Petitioners shall join investigation as and when they are called by the IO.
ii) Petitioners shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.
iii) Petitioners shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.
iv) Petitioners shall not tamper with evidence and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses. 11.
The bail applications stand disposed of.

It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail applications and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 13.
