The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out in property bearing Nos. 4291-4292, Gali Barna, Pahari Dhiraj, Delhi-110006, by merging four different properties into one single unit. 4.

A Status Report dated 09th August, 2025 has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), wherein, it is stated as follows: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that the MCD has already initiated action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question. Accordingly, MCD is held bound to take action, in accordance with law.

In case, any of the parties are aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right is reserved to seek remedies, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
