O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 4, to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent no. 5, at the property bearing No. WZ-806, Mangal Bazar Road, Vishnu Garden, Near Sheetla Mata Mandir, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Delhi ("MCD") submits that no unauthorized construction is being carried out in the property in question.

She further submits that the property in question was sealed on 03rd August, 2025 at three points at the ground floor (main gates) and now there is no way to enter into the subject property. 4.

She further submits that the property is still lying sealed and further action shall be taken by the MCD, in accordance with law. 5.

The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the MCD is taken note of.

Accordingly, MCD is directed to take further action in accordance with law and in a time bound manner.

The action taken by the MCD, shall be duly uploaded on the website of Special Task Force ("STF").

Whenever the MCD plans to take action against the unauthorized construction in question, respondent no. 3, i.e., Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station Tilak Nagar, shall give due assistance to the MCD. 9.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner shall approach the STF. in terms of the directions of this Court in the case of "Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors.", in W.P.(C) 1807/2018 and Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors., in W.P.(C) 4649/2017.

At this stage, learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 5 and submits that reply on their behalf has been filed. 11.

Accordingly, respondent no. 5 is at liberty to seek his remedies in accordance with law.

The present writ petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
