Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner wants to withdraw this revision petition. Basically, the revisionist had assailed order dated 18.02.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby the present respondent no. 2 (wrongly mentioned in the prayer clause as Respondent No. 1) was discharged. The learned APP for State submits that State has no objection if the revisionist is allowed to withdraw this revision petition. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 obviously has no objection to this application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
