In the present petition, petitioner seeks the following prayer: " I. Pass and order directing the respondent MCD to allow the petitioner to continue vend at her designated spot i.e., at a corner of the pavement near C-3, Qutub Institutional Area owing to her old age and she being the sole bread winner without any let or hinderance II. Pass and order declaring the petitioner a stationary vendor as she operates a kiosk as seen in ANNEXURE P2 on page 50 and that Clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions of the vending certificate is inoperative qua The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner claims to have a Certificate of Vending ('COV') which is appended with the petition.

Counsel for respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that petitioner can vend only in accordance with the conditions contained in the COV, which shall continue to apply.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with directions to permit the petitioner to vend as per the conditions of the COV. 5.
Petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous.
