Petitioner herein had been defending a civil suit, which was commercial in nature. Petitioner had challenged one order dated 20.03.2024 whereby their request seeking examination of one more witness, and request seeking permission to place on record ledger account was declined. 2.

However, the abovesaid application has now been moved seeking withdrawal, while also reserving rights and contentions of the present petitioner, for the reason that the main suit as such has already been decreed and such decree has been challenged by the petitioner by filing a Regular First Appeal.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed in aforesaid terms.
