Counsel for MCD points out that the directions which were to be complied are in order dated 17th November 2023 passed in W.P (C) 14913/2023, where directions were passed to treat the Writ Petition as representation and decide the same by way of speaking order. 3.

The issue related to illegal construction raised on two different plots by respondent no.5.

Subsequently, a status report was filed by MCD appending the speaking order passed on 12th January 2024, as per which it was noted that the Department had initiated proceedings for revocation of Sanction Building Plan in respect of both the properties and Show Cause Notices The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Yet another status report was filed on 06th March 2025, noting that revocation of building plans in respect of Property No. 315 Village Masjid Moth was passed on 09th December 2024 and the architect concerned in that matter had been debarred.

The same was booked for unauthorized construction on 17th January 2025 and the demolition order was passed on 03rd February 2025. 7.

In respect of Property No. 306/1, the matter had been referred to Town Planning Department regarding the claims of the petitioners. 8.

It was also stated that encroachment removal was carried out on 06th March 2025.

Mr. Vikrant N. Goyal, Advocate appears for MCD and states that one of the private respondents has obtained a stay from the ATMCD and the matter is now listed for 19th August 2025.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, if there is any continued infraction. 11.
