The present petition under Section 2 (b) and 12 read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Allow the present petition and take action against the Contemnor for deliberately disobeying the order dated 23.01.2023 passed by Hon'ble Court of Ms. Kanika Jain, M.M. ( Mahila Court), Rohini, Delhi inCT. No. 284/2021.

b. Direct the contemnor for payment of arrears of interim maintenance;

c. Pass such other or further order (s) as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the matter has been settled. 4.

Leave granted.
