The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "i) Allow the present writ petition and issue a writ in -the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to release -the petitioner on parole for a period of two (03) months; and/or ii) Pass any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
