CM(M) 123/2017 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the only grievance is that the appeal filed challenging the judgment of the trial court dated 15.02.2005 continues to remain pending. She submits that the petitioner is suffering as a decree was passed in favour of the petitioners 12 years ago and they are unable to enjoy the fruits of the property. She also submits that the suit was for possession and recovery of damages/mesne profits. Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the concerned appellate court is requested to expeditiously dispose of the appeal preferably within a period of six months from today.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the court master to the petitioners.
