Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the disputes inter se the parties have been settled and that the Petitioner/landlord has withdrawn the Eviction Petition filed by him before the learned Trial Court in terms of the said settlement. Reliance is placed upon the order dated 30.07.2024 passed by the learned Trial Court No. is 20 RC ARC 286/2018. 1.1 Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner requests and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
