O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the he be admitted to bail in connection with FIR No.228/2019 dated 23.06.2019, under Sections 376/323/509/34 of the IPC registered with PS Pandav Nagar, Delhi. The said FIR was registered on the statement of one Ms. S (name concealed to avoid any ignominy). 2.

Ms. S is present in Court and states that she had not filed the said FIR. A similar statement was made by her on 05.09.2019 and this Court had requested the concerned Investigation Officer to once again make inquiries to ascertain whether Ms. S had made the said statement voluntarily or under any coercion.

It is reported that Ms S had made the statement voluntarily and she stands by the said statement. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the

satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court.

The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without the permission of the concerned Trial Court. He shall further make himself available before the concerned Trial Court, as and when required to do so.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6.
