% 06.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22nd July, 2016, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.6276/2016, wherein the counsel for respondent-NDMC made a statement that the representation of the petitioner dated 6th November, 2013 at pages 31 and 32 of the writ petition shall be considered within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner who appears in person states that despite the aforesaid order, the respondent-NDMC has not considered the representation of the petitioner till date.
Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a scanned copy of the order dated 1st February, 2017, by virtue of which the petitioner's representation has been disposed of. The same is taken on record.
In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 1st February, 2017, if he so desires, in accordance with law. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 06, 2017 KA
