Learned counsel for the petitioners had made a statement on the last date of hearing that he is not receiving any instruction from his client and thus, he may be discharged from appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

Accordingly, Court Notice was issued to the petitioners on last date of hearing, however, Office Noting shows that notice issued to the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, through ordinary post, is un-served, on account of incomplete address.

However, this Court notes that the petitioners are a Resident Welfare Association and not any individual. The address given in the Memo of Parties is correct.

Accordingly, the Resident Welfare Association, which has filed the present writ petition, does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present matter any further.
