This application has been filed seeking clarification / modification of order dated 30th September 2024, passed by this Court. Reference is made to para 3 of the said order which was recorded as under: "This is refuted by the Senior Counsel for the respondent stating that despite attempts to resolve the matter by the respondent, who is also 83 years of age, only part money was paid."

Senior Counsel for the respondent No.2 states that submission has been wrongly recorded as since the allegation had always that petitioner has not paid any money to respondent no.2.

Application is allowed.
