Bail Appl. No. 212/2017 By this petition filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No.444/2016 under Section 341/308/506/34 of IPC, at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to bonafide mistake, certain documents/annexures could not
