CRL.M.C. 3647/2019 Vide impugned order of 19th July, 2019, non-bailable warrants issued against petitioners were cancelled, subject to costs of ₹3,000/- each.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are poor labourers and so, they are unable to pay the costs imposed. Prayer for waiver of the costs is made on behalf of petitioners. Upon hearing and on perusal of the record, it deemed appropriate to waive the costs as application for recall of non-bailable warrants was filed on the same day.

CRL.M.C. 3647/2019

Accordingly the costs imposed vide impugned order of 19th July, 2019 stands waived.

This petition is accordingly disposed of.
