This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.367/2019 dated 13.10.2019 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS: Subhash Place predicated on a settlement between the parties.

Complainant is present in Court represented by her counsel, who states that money has not been transferred in terms of the settlement and there are certain pending disputes between the parties, which are yet to be resolved.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court after the matter is completely settled.
