By this application, the petitioner seeks correction of order dated 05.02.2018.

It is contended that on account of a typographical error, the number of subject FIR was mentioned in the Petition as FIR No.569/2016, instead of FIR No.569/2015 and accordingly the same has been reflected in the order.

Copy of the FIR has been referred to which shows that the same is a typographical error. The error in the order dated 05.02.2018 is thus liable to be corrected.

Accordingly, FIR number in order dated 05.02.2018 is corrected, the same shall be read as 'FIR No.569/2015' under Section 498A IPC, Police station Jagatpuri.

After amendment, the paragraph Nos. 1 & 7 of the order dated 05.02.2018 shall be read as under:- "1.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.569/2015 under Sections 498A IPC, Police Station Jagatpuri.

Accordingly, FIR No.569/2015 under Sections 498A IPC, Police Station Jagatpuri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed." 6.

The Registry is directed to upload this order as a Corrigendum to order dated 05.02.2018.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. 8.
