Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that at this stage, she be granted liberty to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty as has been granted in W.P.(C) 10640/2023 vide order dated 11.08.2023. Paragraph No.4 of the said order reads as under:- "4. In view of the foregoing, Ms. Pooja Tandon, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to resort to the procedures provided-for in the aforesaid Act, with further liberty to approach this court in the event the procedures are found to be inefficacious. She further submits that considering the psychological and physical issues that a person like the petitioner undergoes before and after transition, certain time-lines may be laid-out for the concerned authorities to act upon the provisions of the said Act."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-CBSE submits that she has no objection if the petitioner is granted a similar liberty. 3.

The Court, therefore, finds it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition with the similar liberty, observations and directions made in the aforesaid W.P.(C) 10640/2023.
