This transfer petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) was filed as far back as in July-August, 2011 for transfer of three Suits listed in para 22 of the petition pending between the parties with respect to the same property to this Court to be tried alongside the suit pending before this Court.

Unfortunately, the petition has remained pending for six years. 3.
None appears for the petitioner.

The counsel for respondents No.6 and 7, namely Ashok Bhaduria and Prashant Bhaduria, states that of the three Suits listed in para 22, the Suit at S.No. (d) has been dismissed; the proceedings in Suit at S.No.(c) have been adjourned sine die; the Suit at S.No.(b) is still pending and the Suit pending in this Court has since been transferred to the District Court and is now reserved for judgment.

Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
